Change for Project Professionals
Change for Project Professionals course focuses on key moments that matter for project managers and project leaders to drive change and improve project outcomes while answering the question, “As a project professional what is the value of change and what role do project professionals play to help accelerate change in projects?” The course provides 8 PDU/CDU's and a Digital Badge and is a perfect complement to PMBOK, 7th Edition.
The workshop utilizes active participant engagement, feedback and reinforcement to enable project skills to drive improved project outcomes. Facilitated by a change management strategist and thought leader with 25+ years proven business experience, CCMP™ and Prosci ADKAR change management certifications and an engaging learning style, participants walk away with key learning that can immediately be put into practice to fuel organizational change.
Participants receive all course content including applicable assessments, tools and job aids for immediate practice.
