We can view change resistance and objection as a nuisance and something we don't want to deal with but, what if we looked at it differently? What if we could better understand why change resistance and objection occurs, as well as some solid strategies and actions to turn it into a valuable gift!
In this session we define the most common types of resistance (symptoms) and their root causes, identify actions and strategies to manage and mitigate each type of resistance and learn and engage in dialoguing tools for managing change resistance and objection.
