Change Management Boot Camp builds the critical behavior, the muscle, that fuels successful organizational change. The course is ideal for mid to senior level professionals and provides the full 21 educational credits for the Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP™) and SHRM Recertification for SHRM-CPSM or SHRM-SCPSM!
NOTE: This course is designed to teach practical, put into use immediately change skills with the ACMP Change Standard as a foundation, The course is NOT intended to be a study course for the CCMP™ Exam!
Change Management Basics training focuses on the most critical moments that matter for executing sustainable change for emerging change professionals while providing 8 PDU/CDU's.
Advanced Topics For Change is a 3 hour training that provides participants with the skills and abilities to advance their change execution and toolkit! This course is ideal for change professionals looking to take their change management skills to the next level and participants who have completed other ChangeFit 360 Change Management courses.
Change for Project Professionals training focuses on key moments that matter from the lens of a project professional for mid to senior level project managers and project leaders to drive change and improve project outcomes while providing 8 PDU/CDU's.
Adapt to Change focuses on providing skills and strategies for handling organizational and/or personal change through building change resiliency.
Analyze Organizational Change Impact and Stakeholders,1.5 hour training, focuses on providing skills and strategies for emerging change professionals for identifying and managing organizational change impact and stakeholders/included people.
Communicate and Engage for Change, 1.5 hour training, focuses on providing skills and strategies for emerging change professionals to successfully communicate and engage for organizational change.
Manage Organizational Change Risks, 1.5 hour training, focuses on providing skills and strategies for emerging change professionals for identifying and managing typical change and people risks.
