The Change for Leaders training empowers leaders to lead, not just manage, their teams through organizational change. The course focuses on critical change leadership behaviors that strengthen leader skills and build change resilience. Participants receive all course content including assessments, tools and job aids.

Facilitated by a change management strategist and thought leader with 20+ years proven business experience,  CCMP™ and Prosci ADKAR certifications and an engaging learning style,  leaders walk away with learning that can immediately be put into practice.
